I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms were really nice and spacious, perfect for my family. The service was beyond amazing, especially for my daughter's 16th birthday celebration. The location couldn't have been better, putting us right in the heart of Sundance Square. The dining was fabulous, except for a slight miss with the brunch. Overall, a great experience!
Rooms

The rooms were Texas sized, just like everything else in the hotel. Full-size beds and a 2 o'clock check-in were fantastic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice, staff were helpful and professional, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The only downside was the late service hours, but overall a great experience.
Rooms
9.0
My room overlooked the square and had a nice city view. It was decorated beautifully before my arrival. Most staff members were helpful, professional, and nice.
Service
8.0
The service was good overall, but my biggest gripe was the late opening hours. The valet driver was friendly. They offered room service, dry cleaning, shops/commercial services, valet parking, a welcome drink, and a happy hour.
Location
10.0
The location was fantastic, right in near-perfect Downtown Fort Worth. It was walking distance to many restaurants and Sundance Square, which can't be beaten if you want to be downtown.
Dining

I enjoyed the dining experience here. The food was delicious, served on real dishes with a nice coffee cup and a pitcher of coffee. The dining room had an omelet station and lots of buffet items.
Facilities

The facilities were great. I particularly liked the dining room and the Toro Toro. Everything was well-maintained and enjoyable.

8.6/10
The hotel had modern rooms that were a little inconvenient yet comfortable with a nice mattress. They were clean and nice but located at the end of the hall. The service was super accommodating and friendly, especially when moving me to a room with two beds. The location couldn't be beat if you're looking to be downtown, but the appearance seemed chipped and worn. The dining was amazing but only available on weekends.
Rooms
8.0
I found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, although they were a bit inconveniently located at the end of the hall.
Service

The service was top-notch with super accommodating and friendly staff. They were very helpful and always had a smile.
Location

The hotel's location right in the center of downtown was unbeatable, next to Sundance Square and numerous excellent quality restaurants. It's the perfect spot for exploring the city.

I had an amazing dining experience at the Vidalia restaurant, although I wish it was open more frequently than just weekends. The French pastries were delicious.
